As a Counsellor and Early Years SENCO, I bring years of professional and lived experience to the work I do.

I am an Integrated Counsellor working from a Person Centred Modality and integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic approaches in my client work. 

​​

​

I am a registered member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS) and work in accordance with their ethical framework.

​​

​

My practice is grounded in person centred values and integrates CBT and psychodynamic approaches to support each client’s unique needs.​

​​

​

As an EYFS SENCO I provide early SEND identification services to families, settings and Local Authorities. 

 

​

Equally important is the lived experience I hold as a parent carer to two neurodivergent children and as a late-diagnosed autistic adult myself.

 

​

I know what it’s like to navigate systems that weren’t built with your child in mind. I understand the challenges, the hope, the advocacy fatigue, and the moments of joy that sometimes feel few and far between. I built this organisation for families like ours, where care is both informed and heartfelt.
