As a Counsellor and Early Years SENCO, I bring years of professional and lived experience to the work I do. 

​

I am an Integrated Counsellor working from a Person Centred Modality and integrating Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Psychodynamic approaches in my client work. 

​

As an EYFS SENCO I provide early SEND identification services to families, settings and Local Authorities. 

 

Equally important is the lived experience I hold as a parent carer to two Neurodivergent children—and as a late-diagnosed autistic adult myself.

 

I know what it’s like to navigate systems that weren’t built with your child in mind. I understand the challenges, the hope, the advocacy fatigue, and the moments of joy that sometimes feel few and far between. I built this organisation for families like ours—where care is both informed and heartfelt.
